Lake Tyler Petroleum Club Jobs Description
- Maintain cleanliness of property: cabins, venues, boat storage, parking lots, decks, piers (blowing off decks/patios and sweet out boathouses)
- Clean and maintain gutters
- Relocated tables and chairs according to layout(s)
- Check cabins: maintain supplies, cleaning grills, patio furniture setup, etc.
- Greet & assist members & guests on the property
- Maintain Golf Carts (check tire pressure, gas, repairs, cleanliness, etc.)
- Restock items for Bar, Grille & Events
- Assist Maintenance Supervisor with projects
- Check property for issues or repairs: painting, staining, weeding, pest control, plumbing, electrical, etc.
- Projects and repairs as needed, keeping supervisor updated
- Setup & linens for events & weddings
- Maintain cleanliness & inventory of chair pads, chairs, tables, & china
- Picking up venues and grounds post weekend events
Occasional:
- Staff for Events
- Landscaping projects – Plant, weed, water & maintain flower beds
- Launder linens from cabins
- Test, Clean & Treat swimming pool & log (seasonal)
Qualifications:
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have reliable phone/communication
- Must be available to be on-call during weekends (occasionally)
- Must have a motivated & strong work ethic
- Must have good customer service skills & communication
- Must be able to pass drug tests
