Summary

This position is located with the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Superintendent, Ute Mountain Ute Agency Office of the Superintendent, Branch of of Facility Management in Towaoc, Colorado. The incumbent will perform a variety of custodial duties related to building and facilities operations.

Responsibilities

  • Clean offices, corridors, stairways, restrooms and adjacent area scrub, remove was, apply was and polish floors, vacuum and shampoo rugs, blinds drapes and upholstery.
  • Use proper cleaning equipment, materials, liquid solutions, and waxes, changes brushes, buffers and/or accessories on equipment as necessary.
  • Clean, disinfect, and deodorize lavatories, urinal and toilet bowls, clean fixtures, mirrors and water fountains.
  • Remove trash and perform other miscellaneous related duties for interior and exterior areas.
  • Perform outside work to include sweeping sidewalks, snow removal, pick up trash/debris around building.
  • Maintain an inventory of supplies used and reorder when needed.
  • Maintain data sheets for all chemicals used for cleaning purposes.
